HUSH

Here's a pencil rendering of one of my favourite Batman villains. This was initially intended as an entry into 's contest to redesign a character to fit the Nolanverse, but sadly my scanner decided to die a slow and painful death and this has been the earliest I could upload it, thus missing the deadline.

I decided not to completely cover his face in bandages as I felt this might be a bit OTT for the realistic Nolan films. Instead, I tried to strategically place them, looking at pictures of muscle anatomy to create the sort of skinless flesh impression. I also gave Hush a bit of a swollen eye to sell the idea of him having major facial surgery more. Completely different to my usual style. I hope you like it.
